RETAINED RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS

HOW WE CHARGE FOR RETAINED SERVICE

Our clients pay for our services under a progressive payment structure, meaning they make payments as the project advances. This method involves an initial payment to secure our services, followed by subsequent payments at designated milestones and at completion of agreed-upon deliverables.. This typically breaks down as:

  • 1/3 of the fee paid on commencement of the assignment

  • 1/3 of the fee paid on presentation of the candidate shortlist.

  • 1/3 (remainder) of the fee paid on commencement of the successful candidate.

 

This approach fosters a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership, where payments correspond to tangible progress and deliverables.
